Franchising is the mainstay of a multi-function kiosk IKOOM
Numherit is responsible for the design, construction and installation of the IKOOM multi-function kiosks, and delivery of the products and services that will be distributed in it.
It involves several actors that are, the franchisor, the franchisee and the suppliers of products and services.
The franchisor (Numherit) must guarantee the installation of quality kiosks, equipped to function properly and to allow the reception of customers and the sale of products and services able to ensure the economic viability of the unit (pay wages for 6 To 8 people depending on the type of kiosk, other operating expenses, repayment of investments resulting from setting up the kiosk, settlement of municipal taxes and others)
The franchisor (Numherit) must provide the franchisee (GIE) with management tools enabling it to manage the day-to-day operations related to the sale of products and services available at IKOOM multi-function kiosks.
The franchisor (Numherit) and its supplier partners must train franchisees on all products and services as well as the management tools available at each IKOOM multi-function kiosk.
The franchisee must create an SME like a GIE or a SARL and open a bank account in a bank designated by the franchisor, which processes and supervises financial transactions (money transfers, miscellaneous payments, bill payments). There will be a working capital contribution, for the cover of the daily cash in and cash out operations.
The Franchisee (GIE) must comply with the conditions of the franchise agreement signed with Numherit, which defines the conditions of the partnership and specifies.
